Product Introduction

PZ series concrete spraying machine uses compressed air to the concrete along the pipeline continuous conveyor and jet plane to go to the construction machinery. Of dry jet (pictured right) and wet jet categories, the former by a pneumatic conveying dry mixing materials, the pressure at the nozzle and mixed with water spray; latter by a pneumatic pumping concrete or concrete mixture through nozzles . Widely used in underground engineering, roadway, tunnels and culverts. 

Working principle

The structure and working principle of PZ series concrete spraying machine: the stirred material from the mixer discharge port (or manual mixing and loading) is fed through the vibrating screen jet hopper, feeder toggle injection from the allocation of the rotor direct feed chamber to swirl with turning to rain at the discharge port, where the pass into the air from the air chamber, the material blown into the discharge elbow, where the introduction of another unit by the cyclone pressure, was long the wind spiral disperse the material status, speed, and make it rotate, float into conveying pipe to reach the nozzle and then add a small amount of added water (when the tide spray) or liquid accelerator (when wet spray ) ejected.
